Spurs’ Gregg Popovich out indefinitely after missing game due to illness: report

San Antonio Spurs Head coach Gregg Popovich will reportedly be sidelined indefinitely after missing Saturday’s game against the Minnesota Timberwolves with an undisclosed illness.

Spurs assistant coach Mitch Johnson replaced Popovich on the bench. He said that at that time he was informed approximately two and a half hours before kickoff that the legendary coach was going to miss the game.
