The island capital has 58 properties on a council blacklist of dilapidated, dilapidated or dangerous buildings.

A report to the Environmental Services Committee will be considered when Douglas Council meets later.

Members heard that two new properties had been added since the last meeting, while six properties had come off the list following improvement work.

This leaves a total of 58 properties on the list, just 0.38 per cent of properties in the capital.
