Scottsville man charged in child exploitation case

SCOTTSVILLE, Ky. (WBKO) – An Allen County man faces charges following an undercover investigation by Kentucky State Police.

The KSP Electronic Crimes Division arrested Bradley Austin Keen, 25, on Thursday following an undercover Internet crimes against children investigation.

According to a news release, the investigation began when KSP detected the suspect sharing images of child sexual abuse online, which led to an interview in Scottsville. The KSP confiscated the equipment allegedly used in the crimes, which will undergo forensic examination.

Keen faces five counts of distributing material depicting a sexual performance by a minor under 12 years of age, a Class C felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison. He is being held at the Allen County Detention Center as the investigation continues.

The ICAC Task Force, managed by KSP and involving more than 26 law enforcement agencies, works to combat online child exploitation through prevention, victim support and investigative support.
