Hartcliffe man who stole Bristol bleeding kit is sentenced

A man who stole an emergency bleeding kit from a city center street has been given a suspended prison sentence.

Ryan Horler, from Hartcliffe, Bristol, previously pleaded guilty to stealing the equipment from Frogmore Street on August 11.

The 42-year-old also admitted theft of a bicycle on May 19, and eight counts of theft from shops between July 5 and September 21.

He was given a 16-week prison sentence, suspended for 18 months, at Bristol Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
