Giovanni Pernice unveils big new gig in Britain after rigorously vetting results and moving to Italy

GIOVANNI Pernice has revealed he already has a big new gig in Britain after the results of the Strictly survey were announced.

The professional dancer – who has also returned to his native Italy – was recently cleared of almost all abuse allegations against him.

Now back in the spotlight, Giovanni has landed a big new job teaching people how to dance.

He tours the country with his workshop and gives fans the opportunity to learn to waltz and tango.

Announcing the news, Gio told fans: “Last year we did Ballando on Tour – which is basically our dance classes for people who can’t come to London.

“This year I decided to do it again!”

His fans rushed to show their support for his new job, with one saying: “Booked and can’t wait!”

While another said: “I’m finally getting there!! I’m so excited! See you in Belfast!”

This one said, “Brighton, here I come again! I’ll be at the show the night before, front and center, as a surprise for my mother!”

Last week it was revealed that the BBC had cleared Giovanni of almost all abuse allegations against him.

The report concluded that he did not insult, make threats or intimidate Amanda Abbington.

It was also determined that there was no aggressive or physical contact between Giovanni and Amanda.

In the aftermath of the report’s publication, his good friend Anton Du Beke expressed his support for his good friend Gio.

Speaking to the Mirror, the stern judge revealed how Giovanni had become more humorous and comical during their recent tour, despite the pressure of the investigation looming over him at the time.

Anton told the publication: “When I am with Giovanni, he is mainly about the solo flyer (on stage).

“We have to be good because he’s gotten really good at listening and now the whole thing works in a much more nuanced way because he’ll do something funny and I’ll do something funny. It’s a much better kind of coherent whole now.” moment.”

Amid the many recent Strictly scandals, Anton remained steadfast and insisted that reputation was more important than anything, while revealing that the public and fans can ‘see through’ if someone is not being sincere.

He added: “Whatever I do must be good in itself. That is extremely important to me.

“Your reputation needs to be worked on and you never work on that because the public will see through it.”

When the report was released, it confirmed six of 17 allegations against pro-dancer Giovanni, according to the Mail.

Examples are found where Giovanni uses swear words and ‘derogatory’ language and gives negative feedback.

And the report also found that there were two instances of “inappropriate behavior or sexual chatter in the workplace”.

These incidents were consensual and received as jokes, humor and compliments about Amanda’s dancing, the report found.

Amanda had complained that Giovanni had sent her an inappropriate video on WhatsApp.

But the BBC did not accept this complaint and found nothing sexually inappropriate.
