Freddie Freeman’s Backup Plan If Baseball Doesn’t Work Out Will Make You Laugh

Freddie Freeman definitely chose the right career path. He is now a two-time World Series winner, World Series MVP, and National League MVP, just to name a few of his accomplishments.

But before baseball, Freeman had another career dream: working as a certified public accountant.

The Los Angeles Dodgers star told Jason and Travis Kelce about this secret past dream of his when he spoke on new heights recently. Big brother Kelce didn’t believe him.

“Time out, no one wants to be a certified public accountant. What are you talking about? Did you want to do taxes?” Jason Kelce said.

Freeman explained that this career idea came from the fact that his father and uncle ran a public accounting business together.

“I wanted to be a certified public accountant. I know it sounds crazy, but I was going to do your taxes, guys,” Freeman said, although he admitted he doesn’t do his own taxes now.

MLB fans are glad he didn’t go down this path and stuck with baseball.
