An Easter egg on the Terminus map in Black Ops 6 Zombies What players will likely do in each game is the quest to build the free Beamsmasher Wonder Weapon. The process to obtain this devastating new weapon is fairly simple, but there is one step that requires players to do some algebra. This can be a difficult step and if you don’t want to spend Essence to get the answer, let me explain how to solve these equations. This guide will show players how to solve the Terminus math puzzle in Black Ops 6 Zombies.

How to Solve the Terminus Math Puzzle in Black Ops 6 Zombies

Progress through Beambreaker Easter Egg until you get to the point where you get the Multiphase Resontaor element and connect it to the machine in the Research Office. At this point, you will need to find 3 laptops located around the central island and turn them on. You can place these laptops in any order and you should note what symbol is shown on the screen and the letter next to it. These symbols will change every game of Terminus, so you’ll have to do this every time you play the map.

To find the “first “Y” laptop, go to the storage area outside the interrogation rooms, the area where the Quick Revive Perk machine is located. Press and hold the interaction button to turn on the laptop.

Computer “Z” is located outside the Control Center building, the room where the Armory and the Stamin-Up machine are located.

The last laptop has an “X” next to it and is located at the top of the stairs in the Docks area, under the Sea Tower.

With all the symbols now displayed, return to the Research Office and look at the blackboards in the back left corner of the room. There are several symbols drawn on a graphic on the left board. Find the symbols that appeared on the computers on the board and then combine the numbers of the column and row that the symbol is aligned with and that will give you its value. In my game used for my guide images, these were my values:

Then you will need to do some algebra and plug these numbers into the equations written on the right board. Luckily, these equations are the same in all Terminus games.

• 2x + 11
• (2z + y) – 5
• | (y + z) – x |

This is all pretty simple math, especially in the first two equations. For the first equation, multiply your x value by 2 and then add 11. For the second equation, multiply your z value by 2 and then add your y value. Take that solution and subtract 5 to find the second number. The final equation could be where some players who haven’t done math in a while could get it wrong. The “|” The symbols on both sides of the equation mean you must find the absolute value. This means that if you get a negative number from the equation, ignore the negative symbol. If it’s a positive solution then you don’t need to do any additional work and that’s just your answer. So, you would need to add y and z and then take that solution and subtract the value of x. Find the absolute value of this solution to get the third and final number in the code.

This number will be different in each game, but the process to find the answer is the same. I’ll break down my solution and you can put your numbers to work to find your answer.

• (2(11) + 0) – 5
• | (0+11) – 20 |
  • | 11 – 20 |
  • | -9 | = 9

My solution is 51 – 17 – 09.
