Salman Khan is not someone who avoids publicly acknowledging his mistakes. Time and time again, he has openly admitted to his bad habits during media interactions. Despite his confessions, his fans admire him for his good deeds, his acting prowess, and his dedication to his family and fans. However, although many admire him, Salman once advised his brother-in-law, Aayush Sharma, to avoid following in his footsteps. In a throwback interview, he even urged Aayush to “stay away” from adopting his habits.

The lovely interaction took place during the trailer launch event of Aayush Sharma’s debut film Loveyatri. In a candid interview, Aayush was asked about the qualities he admires in Salman Khan. Before he could answer the question, Salman interrupted him, humorously advising him, “Yeh meri quality se jitna dur rahe utna accha hai, kyuki inki shaadi meri behen se ho chuki hai. (The further he moves away from my qualities, the better it will be because he is married to my sister).”

Aayush Sharma and Salman Khan share a heartwarming bond. In one of his interviews earlier this year, Aayush even referred to the superstar as his Dronacharya. Speaking to News18, he said: “When he supports something, it comes from his own heart. When the trailer was released (referring to Ruslaan), I didn’t know he was releasing it and when I saw the caption, it was very touching. When a person who grooms you and teaches you, when he says something nice about you, har Arjun apne Dronacharya is complimented he lena chahta hai (every Arjun wants a compliment from his Dronacharya). It doesn’t come from a space in which you are my brother-in-law, it comes from a space in which you are my student. That gratitude is very close to my heart.”

Aayush Sharma is married to Salman Khan’s sister Arpita Khan. The couple married in 2014 and then embraced parenthood for the first time in 2016. They welcomed a son named Ahil Sharma. In 2019, the duo completed their family and welcomed daughter Ayat Sharma.

Aayush Sharma debuted in the film industry with Loveyatri. The film did not perform well at the box office. Later, she won hearts with her stunning transformation and intense role in Antim, co-starring Salman Khan in the lead role.
