Nota Allegedly Goes to Jail for Accusations He Made About KO and His Brother

Note Baloyi was a trend on social networks after the murder of rapper Kiernan, aka Forbes. This was because of the damning allegations he made against rapper KO, his brother Siya Mdluli aka Scorpio Siya.

Note Baloyi will be arrested

Controversial music executive Nota Baloyi reportedly faces straight prison sentence for contempt of court court.

It is alleged that Note Baloyi will serve a 60-day sentence starting today, Thursday, November 7, in Leeuwkop prison.

this is for him damning accusations he made against rapper KOhis brother Siya ‘Scorpio Siya’ Mdluli and the rest of AKA’s friends after his murder.

When CCTV footage was released after the shooting, note contacted KO and asked him about his brother Siya Mdluli, also known as Scorpio Siya. However, an angry KO lashed out at Nota.

“I don’t owe you updates! We’re hurting here trying to make sense of a tragedy, and you want to pull stunts and drag innocent people into rants for influence.”

The exchange later became public, with KO saying that he would not let anything go and that his lawyers were behind Nota.

“You are arrested for ignoring a court order and for continually spreading a complete lie about me! A constitutional right to put my life at risk when I had nothing to do with the tragic deaths of my two good friends? Already,” KO said then.

In response to KO, Nota continued to make his egregious accusations about Scorpio Siya.

“What lie? Your brother set up AKA. We saw it on CCTV. You are on my case and ignoring calls for #Justice4AKA ngapha. You are fighting with Lady Du and Musa Khawula. Tell your little brother to do the same and stop. Letting your lawyers lie to you is not a nice kwaito flu. You put your life in danger,” Nota said.

Mzansi reacts to Nota’s arrest

Internet users rejoice after hearing the news of Nota’s imprisonment. Many warn others people Never make accusations on social media, thinking that there will be no repercussions.
