Ghanaian actor Oteele, known in private life as Stephen Yaw Mawunyo, has fallen ill and is reportedly in serious condition.

A video of the Kumawood star has emerged showing him in what appears to be his sick bed, reeling in pain.

Oteele had an IV infusion in his hand while his pretty wifeGifty Nana Afriyie, seemed to be attending to him.

A blogger visits Oteele to confirm his status

After the video went viral, the blogger Nana Baffour He visited the actor and shared a video of him lying helpless in his house.

According to blogger, Oteele, who was recently on set with Nana Ama McBrown and Dr. Likee for the Great and powerful seriesI was really sick and needed I pray of Ghanaians to recover.

When asked what was happening to him, the father of five He could only mutter a few inaudible words as he struggled to sleep.

Oteele previously recovered from an illness

The latest illness is not the first major ailment to hit Oteele recently. It will be remembered that he became seriously ill in 2023.

As previously reported by YEN.com.ghhe actor opened about the cause of the illness which he recently attributed to the machinations of some industry colleagues.

He said in an interview that a film industry colleague who wanted to eliminate him was behind the deadly disease.

He further indicated that his beloved wife had supported him a lot during the difficult times.
