2024 Ottawa County Commission Races

(WXMI) — Ottawa County voters have decided who will run the county’s business for the next four years.

FOX 17 is highlighting these eleven races because two years ago the makeup of the board changed dramatically when several candidates backed by the new political group called Ottawa Impact won a majority of the seats. In the months since then there have been dramatic layoffs, budget changes and lawsuits.

Below are the winners of the Ottawa County Board of Commissioners election, according to unofficial results from the county clerk’s office.

In District 1Republican James Barry is expected to fill the seat.
