BBC Breakfast viewers were left fuming today as two favorites were “missing” from the show.

Jon Kay led coverage of the American elections in it bbc this morning, alongside Sumi Somaskanda, but fan favorites from the show include Sally Nugent and Carol Kirkwood they have not been seen yet.

One fan noted: “Where is Sally? #bbcbreakfast”, while a second added: ” #bbcbreakfast Where’s Carol with the weather?”

Earlier in the week, Sally expressed concern about Jon, who had already arrived in the United States.

She said, “Jon, you still haven’t said when you’re going to sleep. I’m going to worry about you all day,” to which Jon replied, “I have no idea.” Fellow presenter Ben Thompson then chimed in to add: “Pace yourself, it’s going to be a long week, we might not see you for a few weeks if this goes on and on.
