NEW YORK, November 6. /TASS/. Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump is not expected to declare victory before the final results are known, his campaign spokeswoman Karoline Leavitt said in an interview on NBC News.

“I don’t think that will happen. I’ll leave it to him, and I think he will declare victory and give a speech to his supporters, again, at the appropriate time,” he said.

Previously, CBS reported, citing anonymous sources, that the possibility of declaring his victory was being discussed at Trump’s campaign headquarters long before the vote count was completed.

Trump prematurely declared victory in the 2020 presidential election and never formally conceded it to Joe Biden.
