GRESHAM Pray. (KPTV) – A woman is injured after being hit by a car in Gresham Saturday night, according to Gresham Police.

Just before 11 p.m., police responded to the crash near Southeast Division Street and 185th Avenue.

Crews gave the woman first aid before she was rushed to hospital in an ambulance.

Police said he suffered serious injuries but is expected to recover.

Police said the driver was cited for not having a valid license, but officers said they believe the woman’s intoxication, her dark clothing and her “actions on the road” were the primary cause of the crash.
