SEMINOLE COUNTY, Florida. – Portions of Interstate 4 are closed in Seminole County due to a police investigation, according to the Seminole County Fire Department and the Florida Department of Transportation.

Eastbound I-4 is closed near County Road 46A due to police activity. Traffic is backed up until mile marker 95, according to FDOT. Westbound I-4 is also restricted in the area.

The Seminole County Fire Department said in a tweet that the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office and Lake Mary police were working on an investigation in the area.
