The Los Angeles Lakers snapped their short two-game losing streak on Friday, defeating the Toronto Raptors by a score of 131-125. The final score was much closer than the game actually was, as Los Angeles swept Toronto from the start.

Star big man Anthony Davis led the way, posting 38 points, 11 rebounds, two assists, three steals and two blocks. It was another dominant night for the Lakers star and he helped them to a big road win.

Co-star LeBron James He added 27 points, six rebounds, 10 assists and a steal to help Davis. He started the match very strong and then let his teammate do the rest to close the match.

But as always, eyes were on whether rookie point guard Bronny James would take the court. In fact, he came into this game for eight seconds. He didn’t record a single point or any other statistic.

While his time on the court was brief, fans in Toronto chanted his name to enter the game. Once he did, they applauded the young rookie.

The next time Bronny could take the court will be Nov. 4, when the Lakers head to Detroit to face the Pistons. It will be the fourth game of their five-game tour.

Once the trip is over, Bronny will shuffle between the G-League and the Lakers’ main roster. This has been the plan from the beginning as the team wanted to give the rookie a chance to see how NBA life is on the road.

While he hasn’t played much, Bronny has experienced being around the team and seeing how things are done. He scored the first points of his career in a loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers, a moment that was special for the entire James family.

“It was crazy” brony said of the reception after finishing with 2 points, 2 assists and 1 steal in five minutes. “A lot more than I expected, for sure. But it’s all love. It was crazy. It was a nice moment. The chants really got me. I was serious, but I felt it and it felt really good, especially coming from here.” Yeah, it sure was a special moment for me.”

Bronny hasn’t spent much time on the court, but that has been designed by the Lakers. You are not ready to be a full-time employee. NBA player and will need to further develop his skills in the G-League in the future.
