In Zwettl: NÖ-Forschungsprojekt “Coworking in rural areas in NÖ”

The IMC Hochschule voor Angewandte Wissenschaften Krems is conducting a three-year research project on the theme “Coworking in the Raum district in Lower Austria”. I am active and engaged in coworking spaces in Niederösterreich. FRAU iDA in the summer of 2023 in the Research Project with, and heavily edited by, Anne Blauensteiner, one of the initiators of FRAU iDA.

KREMS/ZWETTL. From the first research phase lie before the first experience. In this phase, the nutzungsmotives are at the center of the interests. Konkret Wurden Coworking-NutzerInnen with a fragment of the theme “Nutzungsgründe”. Herausgekommen are a list of 16 Nutzungsgründe. A waiter star Stelle stehen vier Gründe, which has found 46% of the NutzerInnen, is not relevant to this kind of thing.

Geschäftliche Meetings gefragt

It is worthwhile to organize coworking spaces for fun meetings. There is a professional infrastructure here for implementation, including for online meetings. Whatever the costs: a person’s power is one of the financial resources that a private company needs or can be used in the coworking space by others.

Arbeitsabgrenzung van zuhause

Once you have ground, it is an emotional challenge in the group of four heavy groups: it is one of the Abgrenzung, which is very good during the work in the Coworking Space. Go to a coworking space and relax mentally when working at home. So let the Abgrenzung zischen Beruf und Privatleben besser. This boundary disappears in the Home Office, or it is a boundary that you see. And so come with their four people: Home office or own office are often one with insulation. Coworking spaces help, avoid isolation. At events or events in the Coworking Space there are more and more meetings and discussions, which is an increasingly important person, with the pandemic continuing for another year.

Forschungsprojekt does not go any further

This will determine the research project achieved in the second phase. Here the focus is on AK’s Arbeit 4.0 project fund. No financing for the influx of coworking spaces in Gemeinden. Coworking-NutzerInnen consume for Ort, bring Zeit in Aktivitäten in de Gemeinde een targen zur Besserung der ökologische Bilanz der Regio bei. Genau das wollen de zwei ProfessorInnen Michael Bartz and Doris Berger-Grabner from IMC Krems with clear Zahlen, dating and facts until 2025 matured. FRAU iDA and Zwettl are even more with dabei.
