TOMPKINSVILLE, Ky. (WBKO) – An investigation into Internet crimes against children led to the arrest of Robert Allen Tabor, 37, of Tompkinsville.

KSP first discovered Tabor sharing images of child sexual exploitation online. In a search warrant Tuesday, the Electronic Crimes Division seized his equipment for examination.

Tabor faces eight counts of distributing material depicting a minor in a sexual performance under the age of 12.

These class C felonies are punishable by five to ten years in prison.

He was booked into the Barren County Detention Center.

The investigation is ongoing.
