Katherine Flower is a partner in Burges Salmon’s employment team. She has a broad employment practice and advises clients across many different sectors, including FTSE 100 companies at board and C-Suite level. Katherine advises on a full range of employment law matters and has particular experience in advising on the employment aspects of complex mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and exits and appointments at board level. She has written a number of articles and blogs and has appeared on several podcasts. She is a member of the Association of Employment Law Lawyers.
