RHOC’s Jennifer Pedranti’s Ex Accuses Her of ‘Harassment’ and Spreading ‘lies’ in Plea to Reduce Support

Jennifer Pedranti‘s ex-husband, William Pedrantiaccused her of telling lies about him Real Housewives of Orange County that destroyed his reputation as part of his plea to stop her spousal support, In touch can only report.

This is evident from court documents obtained by In touchWilliam, 52, requested a termination of the $1,735 per month he pays Jennifer, 47, in spousal support. He also asked for a reduction in the $4,674 per month he pays in child support.

If In touch First reported, Jennifer and William were married from 2002 to 2021. William filed for divorce in March 2023, just weeks before Jennifer’s. RHOC debut. Jennifer and William settled their divorce in June.

The exes agreed to share joint legal and physical custody of their four minor children: Dawson, Greyson, Everleigh and Dominic. The order stated that the children would live with Jennifer.

In his new motion, William said he earned $5,546 in wages last month and another $12,740 in self-employment income. William is a lawyer who is also the CEO of a company called Visgenx.

He said he believes Jennifer brings in about $8,000 a month from Bravo and other sources of income. He said his average monthly expenses total $14,320.

William said he had a “significant reduction in” his salary because his “employer needed to preserve capital resources.”

In his statement, William said their son Dawson only came to live with him in March. He said he covers all his expenses, including car payments, car insurance, health insurance, cell phones, gas, food and all other needs.

He said the original divorce settlement required him to pay $587 a month to support Dawson. He said Dawson was living with Jennifer at the time. Additionally, William said his income has dropped dramatically since the original order.

He asked that the $4,674 per month in child support he currently pays be reduced by $587.

Additionally, he pointed out that Jennifer was engaged to her longtime boyfriend Ryan Boyajian in April.

In his statement, William said Jennifer moved in with Ryan after having problems renting her own home

William said, “She moved in with Ryan because she wasn’t paying rent on her lease (at a house in Ladera Ranch, California). I am not a party to the rental agreement. Jennifer signed the lease without informing me first. If she had informed me in advance, I would not have agreed to the terms of the rental agreement (specifically the amount). We agreed to an unequal division of the rent, since the children would live there. Jennifer could not contribute anything to the rent, and therefore the rent could not be paid.”

William said he believes Jennifer doesn’t pay many expenses at Ryan’s home. He said he does not believe the court knew Jennifer was living with Ryan when the court ordered him to pay $1,735 a month in spousal support.

He accused Jennifer of persistently harassing him to try to meet in person, despite him repeatedly “asking her to stop.” He said he asked her several times not to come to his home.

He said Jennifer came to his house on August 29 to talk to him. He said she had also been to his house before. William wants the court to order her not to come near his house. “This is harassment and an invasion of my privacy,” William said.

Additionally, William accused Jennifer of violating the provision in their divorce agreement and stated that they would not defame the other. He said Jennifer “made multiple disparaging comments and lies about me on the Bravo TV show and in national media interviews. Including negative comments about my relationship with my children. My reputation has been negatively affected by this. I also had to talk to the children about it.”

William said Jennifer spoke publicly about his financial situation and “information shared with her” during the divorce, which he said caused “damage to his reputation.”

If In touch First reported days before William’s motion was filed, Jennifer demanded her ex-husband appear in court for an examination of his finances. The battle is on.

In addition to the divorce, Jennifer and William were also taken to court in a separate lawsuit over the divorce RHOC star’s yoga studio over claims they breached a settlement over unpaid rent.
