Man sentenced to 111 months for sexual abuse

COOS COUNTY, Ore. — A 28-year-old Coos County man was sentenced on Monday, October 14, 2024 for his crimes of sexual abuse.

Kenneth Lee Wagner appeared before the Honorable Matthew Muenchrath for sentencing and ultimately received more than nine years in prison for his crimes, according to the Coos County Sheriff’s Office.

Wagner pleaded guilty on October 11, 2024, to the crimes of sexual abuse in the first degree and attempted sexual abuse in the first degree.

In total, Wagner was sentenced to 111 months for the two crimes.

According to CCSO, Wagner will not be eligible for a reduced sentence for the first six years of his sentence.
