Azealia Banks posted a long rant to X on Monday and rescinded his endorsement of donald trump on Elon Musk support of the former president.

The successful rapper is well known for her flamboyant behavior and wild feuds with other celebrities. Banks, who also endorsed Trump in 2016, endorsed Trump again in November 2023 and called him president at that time. joe biden looking for a second term “elder abuse.”

Banks pulled no punches in her description of Musk, calling him “an idiot” and an “overrated ketamine addict” who “doesn’t even remotely belong in American politics.”

The banks also attacked the vice president Kamala Harris, starting her post writing as “stupid and incoherent Kamala Harris is and as trash as Walz is, and even though Kamala Harris is the only Democratic candidate who hasn’t actively campaigned in a primary (the most undemocratic shit ever, and really says a lot about the lack of common sense of her followers) …I really think keeping Elon Musk away from any kind of political power in the United States is equivalent to whatever issue is on the table here. “You have to be a complete idiot to think that idiot cares about anyone or anything other than himself.” The banks added:

They’ve already given him too much taxpayer money. Allowing him to ascend to any position of political authority is fucking dangerous. You don’t become the richest man in the world through honesty and good character lol, you have to be an expert liar, thief and cheater to become that. That man kidnaps your kids, took pictures of Grimes getting cut up during her c-section and sent them around, does a lot of dirty, fucked up shit to Tesla factory workers, stole PayPal, got into Tesla, and has too many passports for my taste. Trump picks zombie RFK to be “health minister” or whatever is disgusting and stupid.

Musk has become a lightning rod for controversy during this election, investing tens of millions in Trump’s campaign and giving away $1 million a day in a pro-Trump sweepstakes.

Musk, who built Tesla into one of the most valuable companies in the world, has long been a man of many contradictions. While supporting Trump, Musk’s company continues to push for government subsidies and embrace green technology, something the former president publicly criticizes.

Reuters reported after Musk endorsed Trump, “Triumph has opposed stricter emissions standards and criticized subsidies for electric vehicle makers. Shortly after endorsing the former president, Musk echoed the sentiment. “Take away the subsidies,” he wrote on social media, a week before Tesla reported its unexpected $890 million loan. ‘It will only help Tesla.’” Musk’s companies, Tesla and SpaceX, have received billions in government subsidies over the years.
