Omos: Oba Femi called me. I told him: ‘Patience.’ In due time, brother’

Omos has not wrestled since competing in the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal prior to WWE WrestleMania XL.

While Omos has been waiting for his next opportunity, Oba Femi has had a meteoric rise through the NXT ranks, becoming the longest-reigning NXT North American Champion earlier this year.

Kenny Omega says Gabe Kidd pushed him and took a fighting stance, ‘I remembered the incident in AEW’

talking to Undertaker Six Feet UnderOmos said Oba has called him.

“I am (at the Performance Center) every week. The other boy who is there right now, he called me and I said, ‘It’s not time yet,’ Oba Femi. I said, ‘in due time.’ Brother, come on to face each other. I’m learning from (The Undertaker). He taught me this, you have to think about long-term business. If you give the fans this match now, five years later it won’t mean anything. But if we wait three or four years, then we give you the game, there is something there, but you want them to clamor for it even more sooner.” said.

It is unknown when Omos will return to WWE TV.

In another part of the interview, Omos commented on what he learned from AJ Styles and MVP. You can find his full comments. by clicking here.
