Celebrities including Oprah Winfrey, DJ Jazzy Jeff and Fat Joe will join Harris on the steps of the Philadelphia Museum of Art for the free event in the city, which will begin between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m. Harris is not expected to attend. lead the crowd. until around 11 p.m.

The Vote for Freedom rally will feature musical performances from Lady Gaga, Ricky Martin, The Roots and more at 2600 Benjamin Franklin Parkway, also known as Rocky Steps.

The Harris-Walz campaign will livestream both events, in Pittsburgh and Philadelphia, to create a unique program featuring events in seven swing states, according to the press notice. Swing states, including Pennsylvania, are key to securing the 270 electoral votes needed to win the White House.

Pennsylvania is widely considered a critical swing state that could help determine the outcome of the general election. In the last two presidential elections, the winner of Pennsylvania’s 19 electoral college votes was decided in less than 1.5%.

Those votes have Harris and Trump, and their surrogates, concentrated in the Commonwealth with less than 24 hours until the polls open. About 1.7 million Pennsylvania voters have already turned in their mail-in ballots, including 124,143 voters (as of Monday morning) in Bucks County, a major district that is nearly split in voter registration. About 151,487 mail-in ballots were requested in Bucks County, officials said.
