Sunday brunch guests fear Channel 4 show will be interrupted by loud crash | Television and radio | Entertainment and television world

Sunday brunch guests along with presenter Tim Lovejoy were left terrified after a loud noise unexpectedly hit the Channel 4 set while they were live.

The loud sound, which could be compared to a frying pan being dropped or dropped, occurred off-camera while Simon Rimmer was cooking an oriental pork dish, while his co-star Tim interviewed the celebrity panel.

On Sunday’s (November 3) episode, Tim and Simon were joined by Made In Chelsea star Binky Felstead, Dragon’s Den legend Deborah Meaden, Man Down actor Mike Wozinak, comedian Bob Mortimer and singer Orla Gartland, when the metallic noise spread through the studio.

When the noise was heard, presenter Tim shouted: “Woah”, as his co-chef Simon appeared on camera again, declaring to everyone: “I’m sorry”, while appearing to rectify the situation and adding: “Sorry, Tim” .

Simon did not confirm to viewers what had really happened. It is unknown if he suffered a misstep in the kitchen with the lid of the frying pan exploding or if he simply dropped something; Either way, faith was restored and everyone continued as normal, ignoring the kitchen problem.

Made In Chelsea star Binky Felstead appeared on the show and told Tim and Simon that her career on the reality show was almost doomed after her brother Oliver took a stand after she signed up.

The mother of three explained that she was young and living in London when a producer approached her during a night out in the capital. They explained that they were planning to air a show called Chelsea Girls.

Binky admitted: “I’d probably had too many tequillas at that point and said ‘yes’.” She was immediately brought on the spot to direct a piece on camera, with enthusiastic producers who had discovered her potential.

A few weeks later, she got the call to say they wanted her to be on the show. After telling his family the news, his brother Oliver “tried to call for an intervention” and told his parents he would show them all on the show.

He was obviously rejected and Binky accepted the job, quickly becoming a Channel 4 fan favorite. However, in 2017, Binky announced that she was expecting her first child with her Made In Chelsea co-star Josh Pattinson.

She later decided to leave the show when she welcomed her daughter India into the world and instead decided to focus all her attention on being a single mother after splitting from Josh in 2018.

Binky married her now husband Max Fredrik Darnton. The couple married in 2021 and now share two children: Wilder and Wolfie.

Sunday Brunch airs every Sunday on Channel 4, starting at 9.30am
