Andy Cohen just had a bit of luck.

Page Six has learned that, according to sources close to her attorneys, Brandi Glanville’s case against Cohen and Bravo was scuttled by the sexual harassment allegations. in return for Glanville himself.

Early last year, high-powered lawyers for the former “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star sent a letter to Cohen and Bravo telling them to prepare for a lawsuit over a now-famous video Cohen sent to Glanville joking that he wanted her to see him have sex.

But sources tell Page Six that the relationship between Glanville and the attorneys, Bryan Freedman and Mark Geragos, has collapsed — and there are currently no plans to follow up on that letter by filing charges.

Sources in Glanville’s camp are furious because — while Glanville is out of money amid her complex dispute with Bravo — they say Freedman and Geragos advised her that if she “kept her head down,” don’t take money for custom Cameo videos or If she appeared in the media, she had a good chance of winning her lawsuit.

But then, the sources add, they suddenly seemed to change their minds and tell her she “had no case.”

Earlier this month, Glanville tweeted: “After a YEAR of telling me how rich I was about to become and how strong my case is against BRAVO, my ‘lawyers’ have decided that I now no longer have a case they cut ties with me. #paid off maybe?!? allegedly.” (She subsequently deleted the tweet).

But insiders on the legal eagles’ side told us that Glanville’s own legal situation, among other things, had changed the case dramatically since they took the case.

Since the Cohen video, Glanville has been accused of sexual harassment in two lawsuits (both filed by the same attorney on behalf of different plaintiffs).

None of the lawsuits are against Glanville himself, but instead accuse Bravo and several production companies working for Bravo of allowing and even encouraging Glanville to sexually harass other cast members.

Bravo has not yet responded to the lawsuits and it is not clear whether the production companies have responded.

(One was submitted for her “Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip” co-star Caroline Manzo, and the other was submitted for a man who appeared on the show as a butler).

Glanville has denied sexual harassment, and sources close to the reality star say any daring behavior on her part was just what was expected of her as a cast member.

“These public liabilities complicated the situation and certainly did not encourage Bravo to take its claims seriously,” said a source close to the lawyers.

We’re told Glanville is exploring alternative representation, but at this time the case is shelved.

Glanville’s case was a key part of the so-called “Reality Reckoning,” championed by former “Real Housewives of New York” star Bethenny Frankel.

In 2023, Geragos and Freedman wrote a letter to Bravo and other reality TV leaders, including E! and NBC, promising consequences for the “grotesque and depraved mistreatment” of cast members.

But we are told that the failure of the Glanville case does not mean the “reckoning” is running out yet.

A representative for Geragos and Freeman told us: “The Reality Reckoning initiative is designed to address the broader mistreatment of reality stars and crew across multiple shows, with a focus on unfair contract terms and systemic issues. It has never been focused on the cause of one individual.”

They added: “We remain committed to driving change in this area and are optimistic about the positive transformations we are bringing about within the sector.”

Cohen was also accused of sexual harassment in a lawsuit in February 2024 by former “Real Housewives of New York” star Leah McSweeney for, among other things, talking about her breasts on air.

Page Six reported earlier this month that a judge has set a hearing date in that case when the court will hear arguments on whether the case should be dismissed.

Cohen has strongly denied any wrongdoing, and Bravo says an investigation cleared him of wrongdoing.

A Glanville representative did not comment.
