In June, Lauren Pisciotta sued him for sexual harassment and wrongful termination, with court documents obtained by Page six alleged that he created a hostile work environment by sending multiple inappropriate text messages during her employment. She also accused West of locking her in a room with him and masturbating next to her, among other instances of alleged sexual harassment.

West responded to the claims in a statement at the time Rolling stone through his legal representative, calling Pisciotta’s accusations “unfounded” and announcing his intention to file a counterclaim.

“She was terminated for being unqualified, demanding unreasonable amounts of money (including an annual salary of $4 million) and numerous documented incidents of her lascivious, unhinged behavior,” the statement read, further alleging that Pisciotta offered West sex on his birthday and sent him “unsolicited nude photos.”

Now, his former personal assistant has amended her lawsuit to add several new claims, including that she was allegedly drugged and sexually assaulted by West during a studio session in California.

In the updated lawsuit (obtained by Rolling stone), Pisciotta said she and an unnamed former artist manager client were invited to the studio session at an unspecified date. Disgraced rap mogul Diddy is said to have co-organized the session, although he is not named as a party in the lawsuit and there are no allegations of wrongdoing against him.

It’s alleged drinks were served throughout, with “an announcement that everyone had to drink if they wanted to stay,” according to the complaint.

“Unbeknownst to plaintiff, the drink served to her was laced with an unknown drug,” the report continued. “After a few small sips of the drink poured in the direction of Kanye West, aka Ye, by a studio assistant and then served to her by Kanye West, aka Ye, Plaintiff suddenly began to feel disoriented.

“As Plaintiff began to enter an altered and severely debilitated state, she had less control over her body and speech and that is where Plaintiff’s memories of that night elude her,” the lawsuit continued.

It was said that Pisciotta woke up the next day “physically ill and confused” and felt “tremendous embarrassment and shame because she could not remember a single detail of her night after the first sips of her drink” that were served to her. by West, the lawsuit alleges.

It wasn’t until years later that Pisciotta said she found out she had allegedly been sexually assaulted, after West revealed they had made “assaults” during the studio session.

She then told West that she had “no recollection or recollection of that night” and “only remembered the beginning of the night when they sat down on a couch in a room full of people and took sips of the only drink he handed her.” ,” the lawsuit alleges, further stating that West laughed and said, “Women like to say they don’t remember.”

A representative for West did not immediately return a request for comment, per Rolling stone.

News of the amended lawsuit came just days after West was sued by a former employee, who claimed the rapper hired him to spy on the Kardashians, monitor his wife Bianca Censori and more.

This is according to a complaint filed Thursday (October 10) in Los Angeles and obtained by Page sixan anonymous Michigan man identified as John Doe claimed that the “Flashing Lights” rapper hired him as a deputy campaign director around December 2022.

Doe further claimed that his role changed to Director of Intelligence, a role that reportedly required him to conduct “several investigations” into, among others, attorneys, those who sued the rapper, as well as his family and loved ones such as his ex-wife and current wife .

NME has contacted West for a comment or response.

The complaint also alleged that West Doe, who was also referred to as the “fixer,” asked to “keep him in the news,” both internationally and nationally. Doe was reportedly fired after learning about the alleged abuse that took place at West’s Donda Academy and after informing others within the Yeezy leadership about the allegations he claimed he was harassed by.
