Springfield man sentenced to 30 years in prison for fatal crash – Newstalk KZRG

A Springfield man has been convicted in a crash that killed a family of three in 2019.

In late May, Andrew Lynch changed his plea to guilty. On Friday, Lynch was sentenced to 30 years.

Springfield station KY-3 reports this.

Lynch was charged with three counts of manslaughter, three DWIs resulting in death, leaving the scene of an accident and leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death.

The crash near Kearney and Glenstone killed 41-year-old Jamin Seabert, 39-year-old Kim Seabert and 19-year-old Braeden Seabert.
