Big Brother 2024 names the finalists after the double eviction

Big Brother has aired its last double eviction, with Sara Griffiths and Thomas Atkinson the last housemates to leave the house.

On Tuesday’s (November 12) episode, the eight remaining housemates waited anxiously as they approached the grand finale, with the last turn seeing the vault reintroduced after Rosie “Baked Potato” Williams’ departure on Monday.

As the housemates prepared for bed, Big Brother pulled off a surprise by ordering the cast to gather in the master bedroom, with Nathan, Sarah, Continue and Thomas was the quartet at risk when they were ordered to the vault.

At the same time, the four remaining companions – Marcello, AliHanah and Emma – were tasked with predicting the outcome of the eviction, with any incorrect guess resulting in a £10,000 deduction from the prize fund.

The group successfully predicted the identity of both evicted housemates, meaning the prize remained at £90,000 ahead of Friday’s (November 15) grand final.

The latest eviction meant that the line-up for the final was already confirmed, with Nathan, Marcello, Ali, Hanah, Emma and Continue fighting to be crowned champion of the series.

“At first, I’m not going to lie, I was really devastated because I’m a very tenacious person,” Sarah told Will Best on Late and live. “If I see something, I want to do it from start to finish. If you’re going to be a bear, be a grizzly bear, right?

“But I made it to the last week and I’m going to see my loved ones. “I’m very happy and reflecting on all the good memories,” he continued, with Thomas also opening up about his departure from the show.

“I really enjoyed my trip there (the house),” he said. “Six weeks is a long time, but I would have loved to reach the final. But if that’s not the way, that’s not the way. I loved every minute.”
