Jessica Simpson sparks divorce rumors with cryptic post

Is it your “final heartbreak”? Jessica Simpson sparked rumors this week after she wrote a cryptic post about his new music and “putting up with everything he didn’t deserve.”

The “Irresistible” singer shared glamorous photos of herself in her music room in Nashville on Monday and wrote that she was doing interviews there “where I discovered my singular magic.”

“This return is personal,” he added, “it is an apology to me for enduring everything I did not deserve.”

While she did not clarify what she had endured or from whom, some fans speculated about her marriage to the former NFL player. Eric Johnson I could be in trouble.

“Is this j simp saying she’s single?” wrote one fan.

Another fan posted: “Yeah, I called this a while ago. We love you. Stay strong.”

Simpson and Johnson have been married since 2014 and share daughters Maxwell, 12, and Birdie, 5, and son Ace, 11. Fox News Digital has reached out to a representative for Simpson for comment.

Simpson’s younger sister, Ashlee Simpson, was asked about the divorce rumors on Monday night, and said TMZ, “No,” when asked, “Fans are speculating that Jessica might be getting divorced because of her recent Instagram post. Do you know anything about it? Is it true?”

For her part, the CEO of Jessica Simpson Collection previously spoke about Johnson a little over a year ago for her 44th birthday.

“My heart is so captivated by this man that I could hardly call him mine… We love you,” she wrote at the time.

Simpson has also previously spoken about her struggles as a young woman in the music industry, constantly being told she needed to lose weight and that she wasn’t profitable enough for the label.

In his memoir “Open Book,” Simpson wrote that producer Tommy Mottola told him at age 17 that he needed to lose 15 pounds.

Simpson revealed that he weighed 118 pounds and was 5 feet 3 inches tall at the time. Mottola’s alleged request led the singer to resort to diet pills to lose 103 pounds.

He would continue taking diet pills for “the next twenty years,” he revealed in the book. Her struggles also led to a drinking problem, but she became sober again in 2017.

Additionally, at age 17, Simpson said she began taking sleeping pills in an effort to get the voices in her head to stop making fun of her about her weight.

“I started hearing voices when I was alone at night, waiting for the sleeping pill to take effect: ‘Do more sit-ups, fat–‘,” she wrote.

She said executives also constantly asked her to “show more skin” and she was eventually dropped by her label in 2008.

“You will never get back the amount of money we invested in you.” simpson said bustle that an executive once told him.

“It wasn’t my choice to have Scott Storch or all these producers that (cost) a million dollars a song,” he said. “I didn’t control those budgets. We were just people who said yes,” she said of herself and her father, who was her manager. “And by saying yes to everything, I lost everything.”
