Brookfield, Missouri— A Linn County man has been charged with condescending prostitution and first-degree sexual misconduct after asking a minor to have sex with him for $20.00.

According to court documents, Michael James Swickheimer, 50, knew the juvenile victim was a minor, but continued his misconduct.

Court documents claim Swickheimer exposed his genitals to the victim after asking her for a pair of underwear and asking her to describe her vaginal area.

Statements from the Brookfield Police Department indicated there were two eyewitnesses to his behavior, including his son.

Swickheimer is currently being held in the Macon County Jail, with bail set at $20,000.
