CLEMSON, SC (FOX Carolina) – The trial of Clemson football coach Dabo Swinney’s brother will begin Tuesday.

Henry Ervil Swinney III was arrested in April 2022 and charged with sexual exploitation of a minor in Pickens County.

The South Carolina Attorney General’s Office said Henry distributed material through a file-sharing megalink.

Officials said they received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children that led them to Henry.

Henry’s case will go to trial around 9am.

Officials mentioned that this is not the first time Henry has been in trouble with the law. In 2016, he was charged with aggravated harassment.

At that time, Dabo said that bad actions have consequences and that his family was no different from anyone else’s.
