WARSAW, Mo. (KY3) – Authorities arrested six suspects wanted in a months-long drug investigation in Benton County.

On Saturday morning, the Benton County Sheriff’s Office, the Mid-Missouri Drug Task Force and the Pettis and Bates County Sheriff’s offices served a search warrant near Lincoln. More than 25 deputies and officers searched three homes and two mobile homes. They say they discovered half a kilo of methamphetamine, stolen weapons, more than 20 vehicles and other illegal items.

Officers arrested all six suspects at the scene on drug and firearms charges. Investigators believe more charges are likely.
