El Paso County Releases Final Round of Unofficial Election Results Until Important Voting Deadline

EL PASO COUNTY, Colorado (KKTV) – The El Paso County Clerk and Recorder released the final round of election results ahead of an important deadline.

On Saturday at 6 in the afternoon they released the latest result countwhich included a twist on a marijuana ballot question in Colorado Springs. They announced through social media that this will be the final round before November 14.

That is the deadline for Uniformed and Supervised Citizens Absentee Voting Act (UOCAVA) ballots to be delivered, as well as the deadline for ballot correction.

If your ballot was not signed, or if your signature needs additional verification, the Department of Elections will contact you and give you the opportunity to “correct” it. Any signature discrepancies that cannot be confirmed will be turned over to the District Attorney’s Office for investigation, so it is important to respond to these requests.
