    Mary Pat Clark, former president of the Baltimore City Council, has died according to two current members of the City Council.

    She served on the City Council in various capacities for nearly 30 years.

    The City Council named a new playground in his honor just three months ago.

    He was 83 years old and leaves behind four children and 10 grandchildren.
