After the overwhelming and revolutionary success of the Internet of Actor Timothee Chalamet’s look-alike contestA similar competition was recently held in London’s Soho Square. This time, people showed up dressed as music icon Harry Styles. However, unlike Chalamet, Styles did not destroy the competition.

But this didn’t put off the contestants, who, like the British singing sensation, were more than eager to show off their talents for music and fashion.

The double award went to Oscar Journeaux, 22, singer and guitarist of the rock band Parlay. Oscar is originally from West London. Winning £50 was a bigger deal than you might imagine, with a total of 500 contestants taking part.

There was also an award for ‘worst Harry’, won by a man holding a kilo of sugar and a watermelon – a not-so-subtle reference to Styles’ chart-topping song Watermelon Sugar.

Harry Styles became a household name after judge Simon Cowell chose him following his appearance on X-Factor. He then went on to become a member of the four-member boy band, One Direction.

Styles began his solo career since 2016 and has since become one of the most popular music icons of modern times, thanks to his timeless music and unique fashion sense.
