HARRISONBURG, La. (KNOE) – UPDATE: The Catahoula Parish Sheriff’s Office captured Christopher Williams, an inmate who escaped from the Catahoula Correctional Center.

HARRISONBURG, La. (KNOE) – The Catahoula Parish Sheriff’s Office is searching for an escaped inmate who deputies say is considered dangerous.

The CPSO says Christopher Williams, charged with criminal trespass, escaped from the Catahoula Correctional Facility.

Sheriff Toney Williams warns the public to lock their doors.

“His charge is criminal trespass,” says a post on the CPSO Facebook page. “So I encourage you to lock your doors and don’t let anyone in without knowing exactly who they are.”

Sheriff Williams says anyone who sees Williams should not approach him and should call the sheriff’s office immediately.
