ISHPEMING, Mich. (WLUC) – Feeding America West Michigan is helping hungry families get the food they need with the help of their mobile food pantry in Ishpeming Thursday morning.

The food distribution event begins at 9 a.m. ET at North Iron Church, located at 910 Palms Avenue. Families who cannot attend the food distribution can have a substitute receive food in their place, but space is limited. The substitute will need to provide the name, address, and household size of any family they are picking up food for.

The pantry is a self-service event. Attendees are asked to remain in their vehicle.
