On November 5, a netizen shared a video on the Complaint Singapore Facebook group of a ComfortDelGro who had allegedly urinated on the floor of a multi-storey car park.

The Internet user stated that it was not the first time that the same taxi driver had done that.

In the Internet user’s confrontation, the taxi driver did not say anything as he zipped up his pants and got into his taxi.

The person who filmed the incident can be heard asking the taxi driver why he kept urinating in the parking lot and if he thought his behavior was acceptable.

Then the taxi driver closed the door and left.

Another Internet user who commented on the video wondered why the taxi driver didn’t go to the nearest coffee shop or simply wait until he got home.

A spokesperson for ComfortDelGro told Shin Min Daily News that the company is committed to ensuring its drivers maintain the highest standards of professionalism and conduct, and that it has begun investigating the incident.

“If the allegations are true, we will take appropriate disciplinary action.”
