Rockstar and Take-Two remain silent amid the long-awaited announcement of GTA 6 trailer 2

Take-Two doubled down on GTA 6’s fall 2025 release window, but won’t say when the next trailer will debut.

GTA 6 has been one of the most anticipated games for years, and fans are eagerly awaiting the next installment of Rockstar’s open-world giant. So much so, that some went to the company headquarters to look for clues.

While fans got their first official look at GTA 6 In December 2023 with the game’s announcement trailer, Rockstar has been silent ever since.

Now, with the game getting closer and closer Fall 2025 release windowRockstar’s parent company, Take-Two Interactive, has doubled down on its plans during its latest earnings call.

During the presentation, Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelnick assured investors that the company expects substantial net bookings by fiscal 2026 thanks to its “most ambitious” development project yet, calming fears of a delay… for now.

However, Grand Theft Auto players are becoming increasingly restless, especially as many believe the second trailer is imminent.

In particular, some players were waiting for an announcement to come. before earnings callwhile others believe they have seen a preview in GTA Online and literally started monitoring the phases of the moon given past Rockstar tracks.

Unfortunately for those players, Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelnick didn’t share any additional details during the earnings call, so it’s anyone’s guess when more information about GTA 6 will be revealed.

In December, it will be one year since the first trailer for GTA 6, and history could well repeat itself as the title moves even closer to its release window.

GTA 6 is scheduled for fall 2025.

At the moment, Rockstar hasn’t yet finalized an exact release date, but that could be announced once the next trailer finally drops.

Meanwhile, former GTA 6 developer Ben Hinchliffe thrilled fans in a recent interview, stating that The realism of VI “will blow people away.”

“I think (Rockstar) has raised the bar again like they always do,” he said.
