PARKERSBURG, W.Va. (WTAP) – Election Day came and went with a wide range of emotions felt as the winners were announced.

Parkersburg City Council District Four had two candidates facing off: Democratic incumbent Wendy Tuck and Republican challenger Pat McCormick. Voters decided that Wendy Tuck would remain on the Parkersburg City Council to represent District Four.

Wendy Tuck said she was excited when she found out she had won.

Wendy Tuck won with 386 votes, representing 59% of the total votes.
