Lamar Jackson does not practice but will play on Thursday

Lamar Jackson (knee) did not practice Tuesday before Thursday night’s game against the Cincinnati Bengals. Jackson was at Monday’s checkup and was not listed on the injury report.

Head coach John Harbaugh said Jackson will play against the Bengals.

“Nothing I really want to talk about or comment on,” Harbaugh said Tuesday. “He’ll play Thursday night.”

Jackson missed the first two days of practice last week with knee and back injuries, but he and Harbaugh said Jackson was simply resting ahead of two games in four days.

“I was just resting my body. It’s a long season, that’s all,” Jackson said last week.

Tight end Isaiah Likely (hamstring) missed his second straight practice, putting his Thursday Night Football status in doubt.

“It’s something he’s dealing with,” Harbaugh said Monday. “With the short week, we’ll have to see how it works here in the next few days.”

Defensive end Brent Urban remained sidelined with a concussion. He hasn’t practiced all week.

Defensive tackle Travis Jones (ankle) was limited for the second straight day. Jones only played one special teams snap in Week 9. Outside linebacker Adisa Isaac (illness) was also limited Tuesday.
