The rock singer leaves the concert after fans come on stage. The show did not continue.

After a group of fans took the stage in a morsey concert, the singer left and did not return.

It happened on Saturday, November 2 at the Fair Park Music Hall in Dallas, Texas.

The English rock star was singing his 2004 song “The first of the gang to die”during an encore when a fan came on stage and tried to hug Morrissey.

Although security intervened, other fans also managed to make their way in, one by one, and Morrissey was escorted off the stage as the audience booed.

Video of the incident (see below) shows a member of the security staff, who was apparently injured in the fight, limping off the stage.

Morrissey is scheduled to play NJPAC in Newark on November 13 and Ocean Casino Resort in Atlantic City November 15.

While Morrissey, 65, shared photos on Instagram from the Dallas show (post below), he didn’t mention what happened.

Before fans took the stage, the singer addressed the crowd before the song.

“I am indebted to you and with my desperate heart I thank you with all my life, with all my soul,” he said. “I am very grateful.”

Steven Patrick Morrissey performed with Johnny Brown in The blacksmiths in the ’80s before going solo after the band disbanded in 1987. The Smiths released four studio albums and Morrissey released 13.

It is known that the singer left one or three stages, for various reasons.

Billboard notes that fans took to the stage at a speed Morrissey concert in 2014 in San Jose, California, ending the show early when the singer fell to the ground.

On another occasion that same year, a show ended less than half an hour into the set in Warsaw, Poland, due to a heckler.

Morrissey, who is vegan, also left the Coachella stage in 2009 and did not return after it smelled like meat of sellers.

In 2017, he left a show in Arizona early due to problems with his voiceand in 2022, he gave no reason for leaving a show in Los Angeles less than an hour later.
