MIDDLETOWN, Ohio (WXIX) – A 60-year-old person has been identified following a fatal crash on Nov. 1 in Middletown.

Donald Sias, 60, died shortly before 5:30 p.m. at the intersection of N. University Boulevard and Reinartz Boulevard, according to the Butler County Coroner’s Office.

Sias died in a car accident, but no further information has been released.
