LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – A man is in the hospital after being shot in the Park DuValle neighborhood Sunday afternoon.

Louisville Police responded to a call of a shooting around 3:30 p.m. on Nov. 3 in the 1600 block of South 28th Street. Officers arrived and found a man who had been shot. They administered first aid until EMS were able to arrive and take him to UofL Hospital.

The man was alert and conscious during transport and is expected to survive.
