ATASCADERO. California (FOX 26) — A 21-year-old Paso Robles man has been arrested for the murder of an Atascadero man who had been missing for nearly two weeks, Atascadero police say.

According to APD, Todd Joseph Pinion, 34, was last seen in Atascadero on October 22; However, he was active on social media the next day.

Police say Pinion’s dog was found dead on the side of Highway 101 on Thursday.

Police announced the arrest on Sunday.

Police did not reveal any further information about the alleged killer.

They have also not revealed how Pinion was murdered.
