BELGOROD, November 3. /TASS/. The Ukrainian military drone strike killed a civilian in the Russian border region of Belgorod, Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said.

“The civilian population of the region has been attacked once again. The Ukrainian armed forces carried out a targeted drone strike against the farming community of Kiselyov. An explosive device detonated and killed a man,” he wrote on Telegram.

The governor expressed his condolences to the man’s family and friends.
