Bradley Keith Marks, 42, of Chattanooga, passed away on Friday, November 1, 2024.

He was a soul of boundless warmth and energy, whose heart of gold brought light and laughter to all the lucky ones who crossed his path. Bradley was a man of infectious joy, a master of the bear hug, and such a generous spirit that he left a lasting impression on everyone he met. Outgoing and boisterous, he had an easy way of turning strangers into friends and making them smile on even the toughest days. His laughter filled the rooms and his presence made others feel seen and appreciated.

As a chef, Bradley was a true craftsman who put love and care into every dish. He not only created food; He created experiences, each meal is a testament to his passion and dedication to his art. Her kitchen was a place where stories were shared, friendships were forged, and everyone was welcome. His generosity of spirit was matched only by the incredible generosity he showed in his care for others, always ready to lend a hand, share a laugh, or offer comfort.

Bradley was a family man who cherished every moment with his loved ones. He adored his wife, Malori, and took immense pride in being the father of their two beautiful daughters, Adeline (6) and Amelia (4). Bradley had a knack for making life memorable, especially during family vacations to Disney, where he delighted in creating magical experiences for his daughters. Whether cooking a special meal at home or planning outdoor adventures, Bradley put his heart into every moment shared with his family.

Bradley, a member of Silverdale Baptist Church, publicly professed his faith through baptism in 2019, a testament to the deep and guiding values ​​he held. Outside of the kitchen, she was happiest in nature: camping, exploring the outdoors, and even hiking part of the Appalachian Trail as a teenager. However, when fall came, Bradley’s passion turned to cheering on his Tennessee Volunteers, a team he supported with all his heart.

Those who knew Bradley knew a man who gave his all and lived a life that enriched everyone around him. He leaves a legacy of love, laughter and extraordinary talent that will always be missed and appreciated.

Bradley was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Lewis and Helen Marks; maternal grandparents, Barbara and Tom Stevens and Jesse Watson; uncles Lewis and Randy Marks; and loving grandmother Janet Chattin.

He is survived by his loving wife of 12 years, Malori; daughters, Adeline and Amelia; parents, Barry and Becky; brothers, Michael (Beth) and Jeffrey (Caroline); grandmother, Faye Watson; in-laws, Tim and Robin Vickers; sisters-in-law, Meredith (Drew) Hardin and Madison Harjes; and a large extended family, including many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins, all of whom held a special place in her heart.

Funeral services will be held at 1 pm Thursday, November 7 at Chattanooga Funeral Home North Chapel, HIxson. Burial will follow at Hamilton Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 4 to 7 pm at Chattanooga Funeral Home North Chapel, Hixson.
