LANSING, Ill. (WLS) — No matter where you are, it’s important to be aware of your surroundings.

A local fraternity hopes to give women the confidence to defend themselves in dangerous situations.

On Sunday, November 10, a self-defense class called Unarmed, still dangerous.

Class is held from 4 pm to 6 pm at 16907 Torrence Avenue Lansing, IL 60438.

Tickets are $15 and you can register. here.

Senior Senpai Stephen C. White visited ABC7 with some of his students to show host Samantha Chatman some techniques to take advantage if you’re ever the target of an attack.
