The night of the Joe Biden debate

In a significant moment that dashed the hopes of many Democrats, US President Joe Biden, the party’s presumptive nominee, had a disastrous debate performance against Donald Trump on June 27.

The 81-year-old was seen fumbling and often seemed to forget what he was saying, raising fears that he was unfit to run for president again.
